    These are some pathognomonic sign of irreversible cell injury:-

    1. Persistent Ischemia
    2. No cloudy swelling.- Mitochondria
    3. Large flocculant amorphous deposit – Mitochondria
    4. Severe cytosolic calcium deposits.
    5. More Myelin finger- Cell membrane
    6. The endonuclease process started.
    7. Pyknosis, Karyorrhexis, karyolysis happening in nucleus
    8. Cell death happen.
