Prediabetes and diabetes conditions are differentiated based on Blood sugar levels. In a normal person, blood sugar level is less than 140 mg/dL (7.8 mmol/L ). Suppose sugar levels increase up to 140 to 190 mg/dL (7.8 to 10.6 mmol/L ) is considered prediabetes. And if it is above 190 mg/dL (10.6 mmol/L ) then it consisted of a diabetes person.
Well, when glucose levels increase in urine then it means the glucose threshold level is crossed. The kidney can’t absorb more glucose. It means the person is suffering from diabetes mellitus. At that time blood glucose level is more than 180 mg/dL (10.0 mmol/L ). In this condition, a person needs to avoid sugar or glucose-containing food iteams. And you need to talk to your Doctors.
Is Predibites condition is reversible?
yes, of course, it’s reversible. A person who is suffering from a prediabetes condition needs to change his/her lifestyle. Try to avoid glucose, Suger contaminated food. And do daily exercise, if you cant do exercise then at least walk 1-2 Km up to your own limits.
Is Diabetes condition is reversible?
Yes, diabetes condition is also reversible, By just changing your lifestyle. Do some exercise daily and avoid glucose, Suger-containing food. If it is chronic diabetes (for a longer time) then you need to talk to your doctor and also check your ACR (Albumin to Creatinine Ratio) and GFR (glomerular filtration rate).
