can diabetes be cured

Most of my family members are suffering from diabetes. Is there any way to cure diabetes?

    No, diabetes can’t be cured permanently but it can be remission. If you follow strict rules then your body slowly reduces diabetes signs. It doesn’t mean the diabetes is a cure.

    1. Avoid food containing glucose, carbohydrates, and sugar. But this does not mean to abstain completely, it means to reduce the amount if a person eats a lot of carbohydrate food.
    2. If a person smokes or consumes alcohol, please avoid it. Smoking and drinking alcohol have negative effects on the heart and kidneys.
    3. Do regular checkups on your blood sugar levels. At least once per weak.
    4. Do regular exercise, If the patient can’t do regular exercise then at least do 1-2 km walk per day ( It depend upon the patient to patient, If the patient does this. At morning time then it is the best 5:00-7:30 Am is the best time to walk or exercise.)
