organism in an unsensitized (previously unexposed) individual is known as primary tuberculosis /Primary
complex/ Ghon’s Complex
microscopic findings in tuberculosis:-
1. Epithelioid cell
2. Langhan’s giant cell,
3. Caseation necrosis.
